Isha Joshi: I am an art educator, illustrator, digital artist and muralist. I have been teaching art to primary school students for over a decade. I have taught in international schools in India, China, Bangladesh and Qatar. I use Art as a tool to deepen conceptual understanding through collaboration and inquiry-based learning. I love to learn from my peers and my students. My Pedagogy - I utilize art as a tool to deepen students' conceptual understanding. I am a staunch believer and supporter of the philosophy of inquiry-based teaching and a student-centric classroom. I strive to create an environment conducive to learning, fostering exploration and the free expression of thoughts and ideas by students. I see myself as a facilitator in the classroom, aiming for students to make connections between art and the real world by reflecting on their personal experiences and analyzing the role of art and its contributions to society.
